Pat is an Assistant Vice-President & Actuary of Strategic Planning & Analysis at MassMutual, where she is responsible for the strategic financial planning process.
She previously worked as a lean management leadership coach as well as in a variety of product development and pricing roles. Pat's skills include strategic planning, leadership, financial acumen, change management, insurance product development, pricing and risk management.

Jamina is the Director of Student Services, Academic Support, Marketing & Community Relations for the UMass Center at Springfield.Prior to joining the founding team at the UMass Center, Jamina was an Assistant Professor of Communications at American International College. She taught communications and served as a college administrator at institutions in Florida and Georgia for the past 16 years.
More about Jamina Kimberly Wheeler is the sole operator and owner of the Agawam Cinemas. She began the lengthy process of restoring the abandoned movie theater in 2014. It was completed November of 2015.
Ms. Wheeler began her professional career in 2001 as an Emergency Dispatcher for Police, Fire, and EMS.
Although Kimberly has an extensive background that differs entirely from the world of cinematic exhibition, she ventured on the journey to revitalize and restore the Agawam Cinemas.
